FDM Printing

Fused Deposition Modelling(FDM) or Fused Filament Fabrication(FFF), is the most widely used form of 3D Printing. FDM Printers build parts by melting and extruding thermoplastic filament through a nozzle being deposited layer by layer.

SLA Printing

Stereolithography(SLA) is the first method of 3D printing to be invented. SLA Printers build parts by focusing an ultraviolet(UV) laser on to a vat of photopolymer resin. The resin photo chemically solidifies forming layers to create the required object.

  • Materials: Standard Resin, Tough Resin etc.
  • High Resolution & Accuracy
  • High cost for production

SLA Printing

SLS Printing

Selective Laser Sintering(SLS) is the most common method of 3D Printing used for Industrial applications. SLS Printers use a laser as a power source to sinter powdered material. The powdered bed is lowered as the fused material binds to form the object.

  • Materials: Nylon PA12, PA22 etc.
  • Low cost for production per part
  • High Resolution & Accuracy

Best used for: Functional Prototyping, End-use production & hardware

MJF Printing

Multi Jet Fusion(MJF) is the one of the newest method of 3D printing. MJF Printers jet a fusing and detailing agent that melt powdered particles. The process builds layers, thereby creating the final object required.

  • Materials: PA12, TPU etc.
  • Low cost for production per part
  • High Resolution & Accuracy
